2023 Girl's 'I Matter!' Conference Gallery

We opened our doors for our 8th Annual Girl's "I Matter!" Conference, on October 21st, from 10 am to 1:30PM, at the Moreno Valley Conference Center.

This event was free, and while this event was focused on girls aged 13 to 18, within our community and their parents, we welcomed our guests to invite neighbors, friends, cousins, sisters, grandparents and spread the word!

This event was filled to the brim with exercises  and workshops for our girls and their families for self-care, self-love, self-confidence and family relationship development and management. Our mentors and speakers were excellent! Check out our profiles on our speakers, over on our Insatgram! This year, like every year, we offered giveaways and raffles for our attendees. The event was also catered by Raising Cane's! We, like always, were proud to host our mentees, fellowship together, share wisdom and facilitate opportunities for empowerment. 

Along with the event, in partnership with the Candies Hicks scholarship fund, we offered a scholarship/sponsorship opportunity  offered for 2024 graduating seniors. This year's winner was Jahneece Cheatham!
