Our first 'I am Enough!' Girl’s Summer Series has wrapped!

High intensity schedules, along with external influences from social media and television bring additional pressures for our girls, and they deserve a break. This series presented parents a powerful chance to help their students wind down from the school year, redirect their education, and focus on self- development.

Loving Me 1st was so proud to introduce the "I AM ENOUGH" Summer series, designed for girls ages 13 to 18. This series was presented every other Saturday from June 24th to August 5th. These workshops ran from 11 to 1 pm, and included lunch, free gifts and giveaways.

The sessions include:
June 20 | Virtual Introduction Session
June 24 | It starts with me.
July 8 | I am enough. I matter.
July 22 | "Let's Talk, Self Talk."
August 5 | Trusting the Process

We were so excited to open the doors to our girls and give them opportunities to form more friendships, learn more about themselves, and expand their self-expression and self-love.
