The 9th Annual 'I Matter!' Girl's Conference INCOMING!
Girls, young ladies, and young individuals as a whole are our future, but they are also our right now. The 9th Annual 'I Matter!' Girl's Conference is touching down on October 19th, 2024 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Through the 9th Annual Girls Conference, Loving Me 1st offers a day to pour love and inspiration into the young ladies in our community, with inspirational speakers, self-care and personal power exercises, gifts, giveaways, breakfast, snacks, and a catered lunch to keep the energy on 10. There will also be a number of sponsorship opportunities and a scholarship opportunity for 2024 graduating seniors. The application for the scholarship is coming soon! Make sure that you save the date! You are not going to want to miss this, considering this conference is going to be bigger and better than all the previous!
As girls and young ladies grow into the world today, they experience many new external pressures and influences, the likes of which many older generations haven't had to deal with. From so many different angles, and sometimes without a supportive, corrective lens, they are taught that who they are is simply not enough, from social media, celebrity etc... They take all this in, and then try to mold themselves around their ideas of who thy should be, rather than loving themselves for who they are and seeing their true inner beauty. Our girls deserve so much more.
In collaboration with amazing volunteers and local community, Loving Me 1st reminds young ladies that they are wonderful as they are, nothing added, nothing subtracted. They are well-served to know that their only true competition is who they were yesterday, and everyday is a chance to be exactly who we want to be.
Please, bring family. Parents are welcome to come, too. Bring your nieces, sisters, cousins, daughters, your neighbor- any young person that could be served by offering themselves more love.

The school year is back in full swing, and our middle schoolers and high-schoolers have by now gone back to school.
Join us for our free community event, our 9th 'I MATTER' conference on October 19th, 2024 from 10am to 2pm. There's so much for our mentees to experience! We're hosting workshops separately for parents and girls for personal power, confidence-building and family connection in difficult times. We're offering sponsorship opportunities, free give-aways and raffles, a delicious lunch and desserts, and a powerful keynote speaker. The scholarship/sponsorship is currently being offered for 2024 graduating seniors.. Parents are welcomed to join in for the event!
